We are committed to developing design solutions to improve the built environment. We seek to control the impact of buildings and other design projects on the natural environment and local communities.

We endeavour to raise the awareness of our clients; owners, occupiers and operators of buildings, of the benefits of development with a reduced impact on the environment and to encourage the adoption of the BRE Best Practice and BRE Technical Design Guide recommendations for the design, operation, management and maintenance of buildings. We are familiar with most environmental assessment procedures, have had buildings formally assessed under both BREEAM and SEAM procedures and have achieved the coveted BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
