We have a proactive Quality Assurance Management system which has been registered since June 1994. Our system is currently registered by LRQA Business Assurance, certificate number LRQ4006487. The system has been updated and successfully audited to ISO 9001:2008. It sets out procedures to be followed to enable us to understand and record clients’ requirements, and to identify and confirm the skills and resources necessary to meet those requirements. Our QA management system applies to all our services.
