We have a proactive Quality Assurance Management system which has been registered by the British Standards Institute under ISO 9001, certificate reference FS 28248 since June 1994. The system has been updated and successfully audited to ISO 9001:2000. It sets out procedures to be followed to enable us to understand and record clients’ requirements, and to identify and confirm the skills and resources necessary to meet those requirements. Our QA management system applies to all our services.
